Peregrine Technologies is seeking an expert in US Federal government proposals to support sales and business development efforts. This role leads the development of competitive proposals in response to Federal solicitations (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, BAAs and Sources Sought) and owns the lifecycle from kickoff through submission.

You will collaborate with sales, capture, legal, finance, contracts and leadership in a fast-paced, autonomous environment to ensure compliant, high-quality responses that

Qualifications

• Deep experience managing the full proposal lifecycle for Federal solicitations.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and agency-specific instructions.
• Proficiency with proposal methodologies (Shipley or similar).
• Excellent writing, editing, and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Own the proposal lifecycle end-to-end from kickoff to submission.
• Lead color team reviews and resolve feedback.
• Coordinate inputs from sales, capture, SMEs, contracts, pricing and leadership.
• Manage proposal production, formatting, and submissions through SAM.gov and agency portals.
• Track proposal metrics and support post-submission debriefs.
