Ho-Chunk, Inc. is seeking a Junior Proposal Manager to support the development of competitive, compliant, and compelling federal government proposals.

Working under the Director of Proposals, you will coordinate all phases of the proposal lifecycle, from solicitation analysis to final submission, while handling smaller, less complex efforts with guidance. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in proposal coordination/writing or related role.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Adobe Acrobat.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate federal proposals from planning through submission.
• Review solicitations for submission requirements and compliance.
• Develop proposal schedules, matrices, outlines, trackers.
• Gather information from SMEs and other contributors.
• Manage smaller proposals with guidance from the Director of Proposals.
• Draft and edit proposal narratives and technical content.
• Ensure formatting, templates, and style guidelines are followed.
• Support proposal quality control and final production.
