Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Manager, Professional Services (TS/SCI or higher) to lead a team of Federal consultants in the U.S. government sector.

You will drive delivery across Combatant Command, DoD, and IC programs, ensure on-time, on-budget SOW performance, and partner with sales to scope and grow engagements. Candidates should have 5+ years in professional services, 3+ years leadership, a bachelor’s in CS or related field, and a TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Systems Integration within enterprise IT or cybersecurity environments.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience leading technical consulting or professional services delivery teams.
• US Citizenship with Active TS/SCI clearance (or immediate eligibility).
• Strong understanding of Federal contracting frameworks, FAR/DFARS, and CPARS processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Federal Professional Services consultants, building a culture of technical excellence and mission alignment.
• Establish clear targets for billable utilization, professional development, technical certifications, and compliance.
• Guide teams through complex technical deployments, customer escalations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, scope negotiations, and staffing across high-priority Federal programs.
