Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Senior Manager of Customer Success for the U.S. Public Sector. You will lead 8 CSMs, drive GRR/NRR, and partner with Sales, PS, and Engineering to ensure outcomes for Federal Civilian, DoD, IC, and SLED accounts.

You will build governance, ensure health tracking in Totango/Salesforce, and maintain a strong executive presence with agency leaders. A TS/SCI preferred, U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Consulting in enterprise SaaS or Cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of direct people management leading customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 8 Public Sector CSMs with KPIs and performance goals.
• Own portfolio retention and expansion, focusing on GRR and NRR.
• Drive CRM hygiene, risk flagging, and Go-To-Green recovery plans for high‑risk accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales, Professional Services, and Engineering to align on roadmaps and governance.
