Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Federal Professional Services Manager to lead a team of 5–10 consultants delivering high-impact cybersecurity deployments for FedCiv/DoD/IC. You will manage billable utilization, SOWs, and project margins while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and security standards.

Remote, USA, with up to 50% travel; US citizen with TS/SCI required. You will coach staff, align with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering, and drive delivery excellence across mission-critical agency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering or equivalent.
• Must hold a TS/SCI or higher clearance.
• 5+ years of Professional Services or technical consulting experience.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Deep understanding of U.S. Federal market and agency dynamics.
• Experience with SOW development and contract types (FFP/T&M).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Federal Professional Services consultants.
• Manage billable utilization, project margins, and SOW delivery.
• Oversee risk mitigation, change orders, and scope negotiations.
• Engage CORs/COs, CISOs, PMs, and prime partners to ensure alignment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to scale offerings.
