HP Inc. is seeking a Practice Development Manager to drive partner-led growth and accelerate sales of Hybrid Solutions and the One HP portfolio. You will lead business development, enable partners with training and resources, and co-sell until partners operate independently.

The role requires experience in federal channel or public-sector partnerships, and strong capabilities in sales, market analysis, and partner enablement. Travel and relocation are supported as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in business development and sales with quota responsibility.
• Strong market analysis and partner recruitment capabilities.
• Direct selling, stakeholder engagement and program management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and drive enablement for partners.
