You will lead engagements with high-value partners, manage performance against targets, and mentor junior sales staff. The role emphasizes staying ahead of industry trends, refining engagement strategies, and guiding Sales while aligning with organizational investments and risk considerations.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Typically has 7+ years of work experience, preferably in Federal selling, channel & alliance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serves as an expert to partners for complex information regarding offerings, promos, and configurations.
• Develops strategic relationships with partners to grow the business and opportunities.
• Works with large partner accounts, performs risk assessment, and justifies investments.
• Sets revenue targets, monitors performance, and provides revenue forecasts.
• Engages in transactional and relationship selling while directing sales professionals to meet quotas.
• Resolves conflicts between partners and the organization to maintain positive relationships.
• Keeps updated on industry trends to provide actionable insights for partner growth.
• Coaches and mentors junior partner sales reps with best practices.
• Drives evolution of partner engagement strategies based on feedback and market data.
