Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead client relationship management and engagement delivery for federal civilian agency programs in Strategy & Transformation. You will guide engagements across strategy, organizational transformation, business process improvement, and change management, delivering executive-ready analyses, findings, and recommendations while balancing multiple priorities.

Travel up to 10% and work in Guidehouse offices or client sites to advance transformative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 5+ years in professional environments; 3+ years in management consulting or client-facing roles.
• Experience in strategy, organizational transformation, process improvement, workforce strategy, change management, communications, monitoring/evaluation, or emergency preparedness.
• Proven ability to analyze data, derive insights, and recommend solutions to complex organizational challenges.
• Strong communication skills and ability to develop executive-ready deliverables.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to work in Guidehouse Office or Client Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member and leader on multidisciplinary engagements supporting strategy, transformation, business process improvement and change management for federal civilian agency clients.
• Assist clients through complex organizational change, including reorganizations and operating model shifts.
• Conduct requirements-gathering with senior federal clients via interviews, workshops, and working sessions.
• Apply analytical thinking to interpret qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions.
• Lead development of client deliverables: gap analyses, findings and recommendations, requirements documents, process maps, strategic plans, SOPs, and communications.
• Deliver high-quality client service in dynamic environments while balancing priorities and deadlines.
• Develop trusted consultative relationships with clients at multiple levels.
