Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior consultant to lead and support large Federal engagements, guiding operations management and organizational transformation for Federal clients. You will partner with Civilian Agencies and deliver complex programs across managed services, outsourcing, and PMO operations.

The role requires the ability to travel and a hybrid work arrangement with potential on-site days at client offices within 50 miles of Washington DC.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD public trust.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university.
• 7+ years of post-graduation federal transportation consulting experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale federal engagements with 25–200+ professionals.
• Ability to travel; hybrid role may require on-site 3–5 days per week near DC.
• This position is open to candidates within 50 miles of Washington DC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support large-scale Federal consulting engagements with 25–200+ team members.
• Drive operational excellence and organizational transformation for Federal clients.
• Partner with Federal Civilian Agencies, including USDA, GSA, DOL, USAC, and DOC.
• Deliver complex engagements across managed services, outsourcing, loan servicing, and PMO operations.
