Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a senior Federal Management Consultant to lead large-scale engagements, owning client satisfaction, contract performance, and delivery excellence. You will drive operational transformation, modernize processes, and build trusted relationships with senior federal stakeholders across multiple agencies.

Expect governance oversight, staffing, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic federal environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale Federal programs or managed services.
PMO, shared services, or organizational change initiatives experience.
Experience briefing executive stakeholders and governance boards.
Public Trust clearance eligibility.
PMP certification is required.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of large-scale Federal consulting engagements with accountability for client satisfaction, contract performance, and delivery excellence.
Drive operational transformation, business process modernization, and organizational change initiatives.
Build trusted advisor relationships with senior Federal stakeholders across agencies.
Manage program governance including executive reporting, risk management, and performance metrics.
Support business development activities including capture and proposals.
