NuAxis Innovations in Saint George, UT is seeking a talented Computer Support Specialist Journeyman to provide remote and deskside enterprise support for Federal Government users, systems, and tools. You will own, track, troubleshoot, document, resolve, and escalate IT incidents within SLAs while maintaining clear customer communication.

Required: High school diploma, HDI Analyst Certification within 10 days, and CompTIA A+ within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and deskside computer support via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Own, track, troubleshoot, document, resolve, and escalate IT incidents and service requests within SLAs.
• Support accounts, VPN, M365, Windows/Mac devices, printers, and IT tools; maintain clear customer communication.
