Job summary

Alpha Omega Integration, LLC, seeks an IT Project Manager in Washington, DC, to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise solutions in a federal environment. You will manage program plans, risk, and executive reporting to deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule.

The role requires 10+ years in large-scale IT project management, expertise in PMBOK/Agile, and strong cybersecurity knowledge, with a hybrid work setup and citizenship required for federal work.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of experience in large-scale IT project management.
• Experience managing complex, multi-year IT programs with resource allocation and performance tracking.
• Strong knowledge of federal IT acquisition, PMBOK/Agile, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Proven ability to track progress, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program execution with project plans, risk tracking, mitigation strategies, dependency visibility, executive updates, progress reporting, and change management communications.
• Architect the Hypercare model for post-go-live support, defining issue intake, triage workflows, escalation paths, ownership, communications cadence, reporting mechanisms, and operational readiness processes to stabilize the system.
• Serve as a process engineer by designing and optimizing transition workflows, Hypercare operating procedures, issue management processes, handoff models, reporting routines, and continuous improvement practices across business, vendor, and technology teams.
• Escalate risks, issues, and timeline impacts while working proactively with distributed teams to remove barriers, protect delivery commitments, and reduce disruption during transition activities.
