Job summary

Alpha Omega Integration seeks a Technical Project Manager to oversee IT projects end-to-end, providing governance, artifacts, and regular status reporting. The role is hybrid with a Washington, DC location and requires US citizenship for a federal client.

You will coordinate requirements, monitor progress, manage risk, and deliver actionable advisory assessments while ensuring cybersecurity and Change Management compliance across initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT modernization, tech refresh, or cloud project experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers, engineers, and leadership.
• Ability to comply with Change Management, Risk Management, and Cybersecurity standards.
• Experience creating communications, dashboards, information radiators, and reports for diverse audiences.
• Experience managing enterprise IT projects with planning, scheduling, and monitoring to drive large projects to finish.
• Knowledge of current industry best practices for project management.
• Experience with requirements elicitation.
• Experience assessing deliverables for requirements satisfaction.
• Experience with MS Project and Jira/Asana/ClickUp/Kanban boards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly status reports and monthly financial reporting.
• Define requirements and capture work, monitor progress, record lessons learned.
• Manage IT projects through full lifecycle.
• Prepare project documents and artifacts.
• Conform to frameworks, policies, and standards for technology.
• Provide advisory assessments and highlight solutions to problems.
• Facilitate implementation of emerging technology projects and data gathering.
• Coordinate and facilitate project and stakeholder meetings with follow-ups.
• Collaborate with technical staff to translate data into documentation and briefings.
