Job summary

Alpha Omega Integration in Washington, DC is seeking a Program Manager to oversee delivery across multiple streams with a hybrid onsite model (3 days on site). You will manage risk, ensure agile practices, and communicate with stakeholders while guiding contractor teams and resources.

The role requires twelve+ years in enterprise IT, strong leadership, and Federal Government experience, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in an Enterprise IT environment leading major systems support and integration efforts.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Federal Government projects.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall delivery responsibility for multiple work streams and teams.
• Lead an Agile program across cross-functional components and vendors.
• Define solutions crossing business and technical boundaries.
• Monitor program execution and take corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct ongoing risk assessment and implement risk mitigation measures.
• Oversee contract management, budgeting, and subcontractor resources.
