Job summary

Alpha Omega is seeking a Technical Project Manager to govern IT projects through the full lifecycle, deliver artifacts, and ensure high-quality IT solutions. The role emphasizes governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination in a hybrid Washington, DC setting.

You will define requirements, monitor progress, and prepare weekly status and monthly contractual reports while guiding data-driven decisions and ensuring cybersecurity and change-management practices are followed.

Qualifications

• Ten years' experience with IT modernization, technology refresh, or cloud projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, to customers, engineers, and leadership.
• Experience with Change Management, Risk Management, and Cybersecurity standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly status reports and monthly financial details for the contract.
• Define requirements and capture work to be performed; monitor progress and lessons learned.
• Manage IT projects through the full lifecycle and prepare documents/artifacts.
• Conform to frameworks, policies, and standards governing technology.
