Job summary

Alpha Omega in Washington, DC is seeking a Program Manager to own delivery across multiple projects on an enterprise IT program. You will lead contractor teams, manage risk, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely, within-budget execution across agile streams.

Requirements include 12+ years in enterprise IT, 5+ in federal government, a BS in CS/IT/Engineering, ITIL v3 or higher, and strong communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of enterprise IT experience leading major systems and integration efforts.
• 5+ years in federal government projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication, exceptional leadership and organization.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated Project Management experience in an Agile environment
• Experience with software requirements tools and tracking
• Experience leading an Agile Program with multiple work streams/components
• Experience defining solutions that cross business and technical boundaries
• Monitor program execution and take corrective action as needed
• Continuous risk assessment and management with mitigation measures
• Contract management, budgeting, and resource allocation including subcontractors
• Configuration management planning and related activities
• Experience with DOS IT environments, SELC, and agile methods
• Manage a team of resources across the projects on the program
• Communicate with stakeholders and customers involved with the program
