Quivera Enterprises LLC is seeking a capable Business Analysis Support Project Manager – Intermediate in Reston, VA. You will manage IT projects through the lifecycle, coordinate government and contractor teams, and apply PMI, PMBOK, Agile, and Waterfall practices to deliver milestones.

The role emphasizes requirements elicitation, user stories, and integration of Change/Asset/Quality management within federal program contexts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience.
• Current PMP certification.
• Demonstrated experience managing IT projects through the full lifecycle.
• Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience leading Program Increment (PI) Planning.
• Experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
• Experience mapping current-, interim-, and future-state business processes.
• Experience developing user stories, prioritized backlogs, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience in Change & Configuration Management, IT Asset/Software License Management, or Quality Management.
• Knowledge of federal IT investment laws and governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Apply PMI, PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid practices per project needs.
• Facilitate PI Planning and coordinate planning activities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and governance artifacts.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure alignment of requirements with project deliverables and testing.
• Coordinate government, vendor, and contractor teams to deliver outcomes.
• Maintain status reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
