Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience providing business analysis or consulting services to management and technical personnel supporting federal IT investments.
• Knowledge of PMO operations, capital planning, strategic planning, and IT investment management.
• Knowledge of IT service-management, asset management, and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, document, and maintain business, functional, technical, and system requirements.
• Map current, interim, and future-state business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop user stories, story maps, use cases, acceptance criteria, and backlogs.
• Create and maintain models, diagrams, workflows, and artifacts.
• Manage boards, test plans, dashboards, and requirements using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Support IT asset management and configuration management activities.
• Assist with configuration management documentation and CMDB processes.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders and contractors to support requirements.
