Job summary

The role focuses on quality management, QA, and testing across IT projects, coordinating government stakeholders and contractors to ensure compliance and successful deployment.

The ideal candidate brings substantial QA experience, PMP certification, and a background in Change & Configuration Management, IT Asset Management, or Business

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of project management experience.
• Current PMP certification.
• Demonstrated QA, quality management and test management within IT.
• Experience with testing artifacts (plans, scenarios, cases, scripts).
• Hands-on PI Planning and Agile/Waterfall experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality-management processes and testing standards.
• Coordinate system, functional, integration and UAT testing.
• Track defects, issues, and corrective actions through resolution.
• Collaborate with CORs, vendors, and government stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Manage project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and budgets.
