Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience supporting USCIS or other mission-aligned DHS organizations and programs through business development, capture, delivery, consulting, technology, account management, government service, or a combination of these areas.
• Demonstrated experience supporting federal account growth and developing qualified opportunities.
• Existing customer, partner, and/or industry relationships within relevant DHS markets.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams during federal pursuits and strong written/oral communications.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth across USCIS and DHS programs with a focus on mission-aligned opportunities.
• Develop account strategies, manage multi-year pipeline, and pursue new business and on-contract growth.
• Lead strategic pursuits through capture, proposal, negotiation, and award.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary pursuit teams and maintain momentum through the lifecycle.
• Represent Ad Hoc with customers, partners, and industry at federal events.
