Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Significant experience supporting USCIS or DHS programs through business development, capture, delivery, or consulting.
• Demonstrated understanding of the federal growth lifecycle, from account planning to bookings.
• Strong executive communication, relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with in-person collaboration and travel within the DC area.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and account strategy across USCIS and mission-aligned DHS programs.
• Develop capture strategies, win themes, customer engagement plans, and price-to-win approaches.
• Build and manage qualified, multi-year pipelines aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead multidisciplinary pursuit teams through complex federal opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with federal executives, program leaders, and industry partners.
• Represent Ad Hoc with customers, industry groups, and at federal events.
