Job summary

Ad Hoc LLC is seeking a Senior Director of Client Growth & Strategy for DHS, combining deep federal domain knowledge with growth leadership to shape opportunities with USCIS and other DHS programs.

You will lead capture, account strategy, and executive engagement, building multi-year pipelines and partnering with tech, delivery, contracts, and finance leaders to drive booked business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Significant experience supporting USCIS or other DHS programs through BD, capture, delivery, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of federal growth lifecycle, contracts, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth, capture, and account strategies across USCIS and DHS programs.
• Develop pipeline, win themes, and customer engagement plans for federal opportunities.
• Direct multidisciplinary pursuit teams and coordinate with executives.
