Job summary

Ad Hoc LLC is seeking a Senior Director of Client Growth and Strategy, DHS, to shape growth across USCIS and mission-aligned DHS programs. The role blends executive engagement, account strategy, and capture leadership to convert opportunities into bookings.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage pipeline across federal opportunities, and develop strategic relationships with technology partners and primes. Hybrid, US-based, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience supporting USCIS or other mission-aligned DHS programs through BD, capture, delivery, consulting, or similar.
• Strong understanding of the full federal growth lifecycle, from account planning to bookings.
• Proven track record building qualified pipeline and winning federal business.
• Willingness to travel within the Washington, DC metro area as needed.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute Ad Hoc’s growth strategy for DHS/USCIS and other mission-aligned programs.
• Develop capture strategies, win themes, customer engagement plans, and price-to-win approaches.
• Lead multidisciplinary pursuit teams including solution architects, delivery leaders, pricing, contracts, and executives.
• Forecast pipeline, communicate risks and opportunities, and drive bookings alignment with growth goals.
• Represent Ad Hoc with federal customers, partners, and industry organizations to advance pursuits.
