Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Significant experience supporting USCIS or other DHS programs through business development, capture, delivery, or related areas.
• Knowledge of federal acquisition processes, contract vehicles, and government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies across USCIS and DHS programs.
• Identify whitespace and pursue new business, recompetes, takeaways, and on-contract growth.
• Lead multidisciplinary pursuit teams through capture, proposal, and award.
• Build relationships with strategic partners and customers to drive pipeline.
