Job summary

Ad Hoc LLC is seeking a Director of Client Growth & Strategy, DHS, to lead growth across USCIS and related DHS programs. This hybrid role blends strategic account leadership with capture and pursuit execution in a federal context.

You will build deep customer knowledge, shape opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to convert qualified opportunities into booked business while advancing digital services for public sector customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience
• Experience supporting USCIS or other DHS programs preferred
• Demonstrated growth and pipeline development experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies across USCIS and DHS programs
• Build deep knowledge of assigned accounts, stakeholders, budgets, and environments
• Leverage relationships to expand Ad Hoc's position in target accounts
• Identify opportunities to improve public-facing services and cybersecurity
• Manage multi-year pipeline aligned with company growth objectives
• Lead strategic pursuits through federal lifecycle from qualification to award
• Coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams including pricing, contracts, and exec leadership
• Develop capture strategies and competitive positioning
• Maintain momentum to convert opportunities into booked business
• Travel within the Washington, DC area as needed
