Job summary

Ad Hoc LLC is seeking a Senior Director of Client Growth & Strategy, DHS, a hybrid role in the United States. You will shape growth across DHS mission-aligned opportunities, with emphasis on USCIS and related programs.

This leadership position requires deep federal knowledge, strong relationships, and the ability to convert trust into pipeline and bookings. You will guide capture, account planning, and cross-functional teams, presenting to executive leadership while advancing modern digital

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
10+ years of relevant professional experience.
Significant experience supporting USCIS or other mission-aligned DHS programs.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing federal growth strategies.
Established relationships within DHS markets and related stakeholders.
Strong understanding of federal growth lifecycle from planning to bookings.
Proven track record building qualified pipeline and winning federal business.
Experience with new business, recompetes, takeaways, task orders, and on-contract growth.
Knowledge of federal acquisition processes, contract vehicles, and competitive positioning.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through complex federal pursuits.
Hands-on leader capable of balancing account strategy, engagement, and delivery.
Strong executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience leading growth, capture, and account teams.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel within DC metro area as needed.

Responsibilities

Shape and execute growth strategy across DHS mission-aligned opportunities.
Develop and execute growth strategies across USCIS and other DHS programs.
Leverage relationships to strengthen Ad Hoc's positioning and identify opportunities.
Identify whitespace and expand into adjacent programs and mission areas.
Develop account strategies and customer call plans; forecast pipeline and bookings.
Lead strategic pursuits from identification through award; manage multidisciplinary teams.
