Qualifikationen

• Experience in Account Management, Client Management, Business Development, or Consultative Sales.
• Proven track record managing customer relationships and growing business.

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of Federal Government agency accounts.
• Retain revenue while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve retention and growth.
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity to close.
• Create tailored proposals with pricing for software and services.
• Maintain pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity tracking in CRM.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Represent LexisNexis at industry events and client meetings.
• Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with customers and prospects in the territory.
