Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or related field.
• 10+ years in sales, account management, or business development, preferably tech.
• Enterprise SaaS experience required.
• Experience with federal civilian agencies, specifically DOE, is preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex ideas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in federal civilian agencies.
• Understand needs of federal agencies and tailor solutions to meet requirements.
• Drive adoption and usage of Salesforce products within accounts.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure success.

• Track and report on pipeline, forecasts, and customer satisfaction.
