Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Named Account Executive to drive growth within federal civilian agencies, focusing on the Office of Personnel Management. You will build strategic account plans and lead initiatives to increase adoption of Salesforce products within assigned accounts.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure account success, track revenue growth, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in federal agencies, while delivering excellent customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the technology sector.
• Enterprise SaaS experience required, including HR modernization, employee experience, case management, workflow automation, and AI-powered employee services highly preferred.
• Experience working with federal civilian agencies or within the public sector, specifically working with OPM.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to a variety of audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with leaders, administrators, and IT professionals in federal agencies.
• Understand agency needs and tailor Salesforce solutions.
• Drive adoption and usage of Salesforce products within accounts.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure account success.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue and meet targets.
• Track and report on key metrics, including pipeline and customer satisfaction.
