Salesforce is seeking a Named Account Executive to drive growth within federal civilian agencies, notably the Office of Personnel Management. You will develop strategies, build executive-level relationships, and lead adoption of Salesforce solutions across HR, case management, and AI-powered services.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in sales/account management in tech, strong communication, and a track record of exceeding targets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field (or equivalent).
• 10+ years in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the technology sector.
• Enterprise SaaS experience including HR modernization, employee experience, case management, workflow automation, and AI-powered services is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within federal civilian agencies, including leaders, administrators, and IT professionals.
• Drive adoption and usage of Salesforce products and services within your accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure the success of your accounts.
• Track and report on key account metrics, including sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and customer satisfaction.
