Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the technology sector.
• Enterprise SaaS experience including HR modernization, employee experience, case management, workflow automation, and AI-powered employee services.
• Experience with federal civilian agencies or the public sector, specifically with OPM.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
