You will work withClient Service Leaders, the legal, preconstruction and sales teams to grow the opportunity pipeline, develop teaming arrangements, and position CDM Smith as the preferred designer-led partner for complex procurements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 15 years of related experience is required.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDM Smith’s federal alternative delivery strategy with General Contractors.
• Identify priority pursuits and build executive relationships.
• Develop teaming strategies with CSLs and pursuit teams.
• Track the pipeline and support teaming agreements and scopes of work.
