CDM Smith seeks an experienced Alternative Delivery Market Lead to drive strategy and partnerships with nationwide General Contractors for federal design-build opportunities. You will collaborate across client service, legal and sales teams to create teaming strategies and execute agreements that improve our probability of award.

This role emphasizes building executive-level relationships, navigating procurement mechanics, and leading capture efforts from target identification to contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 15+ years related experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Equivalent direct experience considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Target regional and national General Contractors pursuing federal alt delivery.
• Position CDM Smith as preferred design subcontractor early in procurement.
• Present engineering and constructability expertise to GC teams.
• Lead teaming strategy for DoD and other federal opportunities.
• Maintain pipeline of federal opportunities and teaming decisions.
• Track agency movements and align pursuit resources with prime interest.
• Resolve friction points between GC and AE teams during design phases.
• Serve as senior relationship and capture lead through teaming agreements.
