Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 15 years of federal architecture/engineering/business development experience.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; travel up to 40%.
Experience with alternative delivery methods and FAR Part 36.

Responsibilities

Target regional and national General Contractors pursuing federal alternative delivery contracts.
Position CDM Smith as the preferred design subcontractor early in procurement cycle.
Develop teaming strategies and executive-level relationships leading to commitments.
Lead teaming agreement execution and transition to pursuit and delivery teams.
Coordinate with CSLs, preconstruction, legal and sales teams.
Track federal agency movements and align resources with prime contractor interest.
