Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Federal Alternative Delivery Market Lead to drive strategy and partnerships with regional and national General Contractors pursuing government design‑build opportunities across the U.S. and worldwide.

You will build executive relationships, identify pursuits, and guide teaming agreements from target identification through execution, working with CSLs and preconstruction teams to improve probability of award.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 15 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience in federal architecture, engineering, and construction business development or equivalent.
• Direct experience with General Contractors on alternative delivery projects (PD-B, DB) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDM Smith’s Federal Alternative Delivery strategy and partnerships with national and regional General Contractors.
• Identify priority pursuits, assess contractor capability, and build executive relationships to secure teaming commitments.
• Collaborate with Client Service Leaders and cross-functional teams to develop and execute teaming strategies and improve probability of award.
