Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 15 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDM Smith’s Federal Alternative Delivery strategy with GC partnerships.
• Identify pursuits and build executive-level relationships for teaming.
• Develop teaming strategies with CSLs and pursuit teams.
• Manage GC relationship pipeline from target identification to teaming agreements.
• Serve as the senior relationship and capture lead through agreements and transition to pursuit/delivery teams.
