Responsibilities

• Lead CDM Smith’s Federal Alternative Delivery efforts with regional and national General Contractors.
• Develop and execute teaming strategies and exclusive designer-led subcontract structures.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships to drive teaming commitments and pipeline growth.
• Coordinate with CSLs and pursuit teams to optimize probability of award in prime contracts.
• Track federal opportunities, translate procurement criteria into actionable teaming plans.
• Ensure alignment of pursuit resources with contractor interest, capacity and timelines.
