Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead CDM Smith’s federal alternative delivery strategy and partnerships with national and regional General Contractors.
• Identify priority pursuits, assess contractor capability, and build executive-level relationships for early teaming commitments.
• Develop and execute teaming strategies with CSLs and preconstruction teams to improve probability of award.
• Manage the GC relationship pipeline through identification, teaming agreements, and scopes of work.
