• Positioning CDM Smith as the preferred designer early in procurement cycles and negotiating teaming terms.
• Lead teaming strategy for federal opportunities by translating procurement criteria into competitive designs and scopes.
• Collaborate with CSLs and pursuit teams to develop and execute teaming strategies for increased probability of award.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline of federal opportunities and track movement toward awards.
• Serve as senior relationship and capture lead through teaming agreement execution and transition to delivery teams.
