The role leads a Federal sales team, owns end-to-end cycles, and partners with product, marketing, and delivery to accelerate go-to-market initiatives in DOW, IC, and civilian segments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing a cybersecurity sales team selling into the Federal government.
• 7+ years as an individual contributor selling software directly to the Federal government.
• Current possession of a U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Federal sellers, driving pipeline and revenue across DOW, IC, and civilian segments.
• Own complex sales cycles from identification to close, serving as a player/coach with a personal quota.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and delivery to accelerate Federal growth.
