Job summary

Cohesity, Inc. is seeking a Federal Account Executive (Army) to drive net-new logo acquisition and expand existing accounts within a defined territory in the United States.

You will prospect, build pipeline, and close opportunities while collaborating with channel partners and Sales Engineers to address complex customer needs in data security and AI-powered resilience. You will engage with senior decision-makers across enterprise accounts, develop value-based proposals, and travel as required to

Qualifications

• Experience selling to information security / cybersecurity teams.
• Proven enterprise technology sales background.
• Ability to navigate large organizations and engage senior decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute a territory plan focused on net-new logo acquisition and account growth.
• Build, manage, and progress a qualified sales pipeline with direct and partner-supported opportunities.
• Engage with customer stakeholders and senior decision-makers as your experience grows.
• Lead customer engagements through discovery, evaluation, proposal development, and solution alignment with guidance from Sales Engineers.
• Develop and deliver value-based proposals linking Cohesity’s platform to security and resilience needs.
• Collaborate with channel partners and alliances (NVIDIA, IBM, HPE, AWS) for deal execution.
• Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting; contribute to quarterly results.
