Job summary

ASI Government seeks a Deputy PM / Change Management Consultant to support DHS CX strategy and organizational development. The role involves coordinating projects, developing targeted communications, and guiding process improvements for a federal agency.

Remote work with occasional on-site Springfield, VA presence is required. Ideal candidates have federal consulting experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to craft clear client deliverables and executive briefings.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Federal Government consulting experience with change management.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Canva/Visio a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: coordinate projects, track timelines, and maintain docs.
• Communications & Strategy: develop messaging and materials for stakeholders.
• Survey Design, Administration, and Analysis: support CX/employee surveys.
• Presentation/Meeting Facilitation: design and lead client meetings.
• Business Process Management: assist in improving processes and docs.
• Collaborate with client teams and colleagues to achieve outcomes.
