Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading federal CX projects or similar initiatives.
• Excellent written and oral communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and support the project manager with timelines and documentation.
• Develop communications materials, briefs, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with survey design, administration, and analysis for CX initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings and contribute to strategy discussions for client programs.
• Support business process improvement and documentation efforts.
