CNX is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant (Contract) to lead change initiatives for technology implementations in a remote-capable, US-based context. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design readiness strategies, drive user adoption, and ensure business outcomes.

The role emphasizes strategic guidance and hands-on execution, including communication plans, training, and governance activities.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8+ years of Organizational Change Management experience, supporting technology implementations and digital transformation programs.
• Experience contributing to OCM initiatives for enterprise technology deployments or digital workplace solutions.
• Strong foundation in stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness planning, and user adoption.
• Ability to translate technical and process changes into clear business impacts and user‑focused messaging.
• Consulting, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Support the OCM Lead in executing change management strategies for technology implementations and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Lead assigned OCM workstreams and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project milestones and objectives.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and readiness activities to inform change planning.
• Develop and execute communication plans, training strategies, engagement approaches, and adoption activities.
• Partner with business and technical teams to identify change risks and adoption challenges and recommend mitigations.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and help teams move forward amidst competing priorities and ambiguity.
• Facilitate workshops, governance discussions, and feedback sessions to gather insights and drive alignment.
• Create executive-ready status updates, presentations, and training materials.
• Build adoption plans for successful launch, readiness, and long-term value realization.
