Job summary

Eagle Hill Consulting, LLC is seeking Consulting Manager candidates to support CBP client projects in the Washington, DC metro area. You will lead project teams, develop client solutions, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with clients on strategy and implementation.

The role demands strong communication, relationship-building with executive stakeholders, and a track record in project-based consulting. On-site work at client sites is common with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience including at least 2 years leading teams on project work.
• Ability to lead teams through complex client challenges with risk assessment and practical, outcome-based solutions.
