Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction project engineering, management, or inspection.
• Experience supporting USACE, DoD, Air Force, or other federal programs preferred.
• Familiarity with local area permitting, utilities, and construction methods.
• Knowledge of construction QA/QC procedures, contract administration, and safety requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to prepare reports.
• Ability to obtain and maintain access to military installations.
• Willingness to travel to job sites.
• Experience with change orders, cost estimates, and project closeout activities.

Aufgaben

• Conduct surveillance of construction projects and deliver findings.
• Prepare surveillance reports to document compliance with plans and specifications.
• Review plans and specs for required changes to government personnel.
• Provide on-site surveillance and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare and review QARs and daily quality control reports.
• Monitor contractor QA/QC and safety programs.
• Travel to and from job sites as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
