Job summary

Doyon Government Group (DGG) is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on USACE or NAVFAC federal projects across the United States.

Oversee crews, manage schedules and budgets, ensure compliance with contract specs, and maintain thorough project documentation. This role requires strong leadership and knowledge of federal requirements, with opportunities for profit sharing and comprehensive FEHB health benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional construction experience.
• 3+ years serving as Superintendent on USACE or NAVFAC federal projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract specs, methods, and federal requirements.
• Proficient with USACE RMS, NAVFAC QCS or similar project reporting software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently.
• Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations and supervise crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure work on schedule, within budget, and per contract specs.
• Coordinate with QCMs and SSHOs to uphold quality and safety.
• Manage DFOW and verify subcontractor performance.
• Review plans, drawings, and submittals for field execution.
• Conduct daily site inspections and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain daily reports, logs, and project documentation.
• Report progress, risks, and updates to management.
