Job summary

Doyon Management Services (DMS) seeks a Construction Superintendent in Florida to coordinate field activities, supervise crews, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on government projects.

The role requires USACE/NAVFAC project experience, a BS in a related field, and a valid driver’s license. Travel to other project locations is expected; competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years as a working Superintendent in construction.
• Experience on USACE and NAVFAC projects.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and Primavera.
• Capable of minor carpentry, drywall, or demolition.
• OSHA 30-hour certification within last 5 years.
• First Aid CPR/AED within last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
• Direct field personnel to meet schedule, budget, and quality.
• Maintain daily communication with the project manager.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules and RFIs.
• Keep as-built drawings and manage safety documentation.
• Travel to other project locations as needed.
