Job summary

Granite Construction is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex DoD/USACE construction programs. The role focuses on overall direction, pursuit, and financial outcomes of federally funded projects with strict regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include forecasting revenue and costs, coordinating with estimators and controls, and leading bid reviews to ensure accurate, compliant bids and feasible project plans.

Qualifications

• Experience managing federally funded construction projects (preferred).
• Knowledge of FAR and federal contracting requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage complex project budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Forecast project revenue and costs to meet profitability goals.
• Coordinate with estimators and project controls to align budget with federal requirements.
• Lead bid and risk assessment efforts for federal solicitations (RFPs/IFBs).
• Ensure project startup plans and kick-offs are comprehensive and on schedule.
