Job summary

Granite Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager & Estimator to lead planning, execution, and financial performance of federal projects. The role requires deep knowledge of FAR, and experience with NAVFAC, USACE, and USCG projects.

You will manage bid development, budgets, and client communications, ensuring design-build success and compliance across multiple concurrent programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading federal design-build projects for NAVFAC/USACE/USCG.
• Strong understanding of FAR and federal procurement.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and preconstruction efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and financial performance of federal projects.
• Coordinate with estimators and project controls to set budgets.
• Direct bid preparation and ensure accuracy of bids.
• Manage resources to meet schedules and profitability.
• Serve as primary point of contact for federal clients.
